Dressing/Marinade

  • In a small mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and whisk together - if you have a dressing bottle, you can use it in place of the bowl and shake well.
  • Slice the cheese slices corner to corner to make triangeles.
  • Arrange all of your ingredients in front of you
  • Butter the insides of both hollow side of the loaf
  • In the bottom half of the loaf, place a few leave of lettuce to cover the bottom.
  • Next,put a layer of 3 slices of meat
  • Place a layer of sliced onions on top of meat.
  • Add a layer of cheese, using 4 triage pieces
  • Add a layer of sliced tomatoes
  • Whisk or shake the marinade again and drizzle over the tomato layer (2 sandwiches shown in pic)
  • Place a layer of sliced peppers on top of tomatoes.
  • Continue layering the ingredients until you have used them all.
  • After every few layers, drizzle some marinade over the layer. .( It's ok if it runs off of the side a little, as long as it stays inside the loaf.)
  • Once you are finished, drizzle any remaining dressing/marinade of the top of your layers.
  • Place the hollowed-out top back onto the loaf, making sure all ingredients are inside.
  • Slide your loaf into the loaf bag and tie or wrap with plastic wrap to seal it. (2 loaves in pic)
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before you slice. (you can leave it for up to 4 hours)
  • To serve, remove from refrigerator and slice into desired sized pieces
