In a small mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and whisk together - if you have a dressing bottle, you can use it in place of the bowl and shake well.
Slice the cheese slices corner to corner to make triangeles.
Arrange all of your ingredients in front of you
Butter the insides of both hollow side of the loaf
In the bottom half of the loaf, place a few leave of lettuce to cover the bottom.
Next,put a layer of 3 slices of meat
Place a layer of sliced onions on top of meat.
Add a layer of cheese, using 4 triage pieces
Add a layer of sliced tomatoes
Whisk or shake the marinade again and drizzle over the tomato layer (2 sandwiches shown in pic)
Place a layer of sliced peppers on top of tomatoes.
Continue layering the ingredients until you have used them all.
After every few layers, drizzle some marinade over the layer. .( It's ok if it runs off of the side a little, as long as it stays inside the loaf.)
Once you are finished, drizzle any remaining dressing/marinade of the top of your layers.
Place the hollowed-out top back onto the loaf, making sure all ingredients are inside.
Slide your loaf into the loaf bag and tie or wrap with plastic wrap to seal it. (2 loaves in pic)
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before you slice. (you can leave it for up to 4 hours)
To serve, remove from refrigerator and slice into desired sized pieces
Sit back and enjoy!
